Northside Futures and Northside Learning Center welcome you to our Spring Welcome Party May 13th at 1:30pm! We hope you and your family will join us to learn more about the different ways we, as a community, are coming together to expand community-developed housing as well as educational and job training to ensure everyone on the Northside can have housing, jobs, and opportunities to thrive!
Community-led Development of Northside Housing!
We are working with the Onondaga Community College’s Architectural Technology & Interior Design Programs and Syracuse Landbank to redesign and develop properties in our neighborhood. These properties will be refurbished to be safe and affordable for our neighbors to stay within our community. To inform that process, Northside community members are providing input at multiple stages of the design of each project to ensure it reflects the needs and vision of our community.
